Grill Tech, LLC reminds you to please check all measurements before placing your order to ensure the correct size product for your grill.Grill Tech, LLC accepts returns for any product that arrives damaged or items that do not match the specifications (measurements) given on the website. Like most internet companies, Grill Tech does not accept any returns for parts ordered in error by the customer that do not fit the customer's unit. Grill Tech, LLC will only accept returns if the item and/or order was damaged or defective upon arrival/delivery of goods. You, the Customer, assume the responsibility to order the correct sized parts for your unit, using accurate information from the manufacturer and measurements of said unit. All returns must be filed within 7 days of receiving the part.
